Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a template from Sparta Labs. By buying a template you agree to them.

Purchases

Templates are sold through our own checkout, where payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and through our shop on Etsy. The terms of sale of the platform you buy on also apply to your purchase, and for Etsy orders, Etsy's Terms of Use and policies also apply. Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout.

License

Each purchase gives one person a license to use the template for their own business or practice. You may make copies and change the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, give away, or redistribute the template files, or a modified version of them, whether paid or free.

Delivery

Templates are digital downloads, delivered right after payment. Nothing is shipped.

No professional advice

Templates are tools for organizing your own information. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, billing, or insurance advice. Check any figures and decisions against your own records and, where needed, a qualified professional.

Health information and compliance

Our templates are not an electronic health record and are not a HIPAA compliance solution. You are responsible for meeting HIPAA and any other laws and rules that apply to you. Do not enter clinical notes or protected health information beyond what your own policies allow. Our therapy tracker is designed to use client ID codes rather than names.

Provided as-is

Templates are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make them accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee they are free of errors or fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, Sparta Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses from using a template, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
