Refund Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Our templates are instant digital downloads, so sales are generally final once the file has been delivered.

When we will fix, replace or refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• the file is defective or broken,
• the template doesn't match its description, or
• you can't open it in the software it's listed for.

Tell us what happened and include your order number. We'll fix the problem or send a replacement, and we'll refund you if we can't deliver a working file. This applies to orders from our own checkout. Etsy orders are covered below.

Our own checkout

Orders placed on our own checkout are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Because these are digital files, we generally don't offer refunds. If a file won't open or doesn't match its listing, email hello [at] spartasite [dot] com Turn on JavaScript to see the email link within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll fix it or send a replacement. If we can't deliver a working file, we'll refund you. Any refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method and can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to checkout orders. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute.

Orders placed on Etsy

If you bought from our shop on Etsy, Etsy handles checkout, payment, order records, and refunds under Etsy's own policies. Etsy's policy for digital items generally does not allow returns or exchanges, so digital downloads are generally not refundable. Etsy's case process and buyer protection still apply to qualifying orders, and Etsy makes those decisions, not Sparta Labs.

If a file is defective or won't open, message our shop on Etsy or email hello [at] spartasite [dot] com Turn on JavaScript to see the email link within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it or replace it. For other help with an Etsy order, use the Etsy Help Center or the shop's Etsy messages. For questions about a product, email us.
