Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what information Sparta Labs collects when you visit this website or buy one of our templates.

This website

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not run ads. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operation of its service.

Purchases

Payments for orders placed on our own checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy. You enter your payment details on their checkout page, and Sparta Labs never sees or stores your card data. Lemon Squeezy shares with us what we need to fulfil and support your order, such as your name, email address, and what you bought. Their own privacy policy covers how they handle your data.

If you buy from our shop on Etsy, Etsy handles your payment and order data under Etsy's Privacy Policy. Sparta Labs never sees or stores your card data. We only receive what Etsy shares with sellers, such as your name, email address, and order details, and we use it to fulfil and support your order.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and help with your order. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Data you put in the templates

Our templates are files that run in your own copy of Excel or Google Sheets. Anything you type into them stays in your files. We cannot see it.
